About us
Polycomposite LLP's plant was launched in 2015 in Aktau, in the Aktau Sea Port special economic zone. Our team has worked with polyethylene pipes since 2006, producing pipes of various diameters for gas, water, sewerage and process pipelines.
Using prime polyethylene only and technologically correct extrusion lets us deliver a durable pipeline and guarantee quality for its entire service life.

Frequently asked questions
What pressure does a PE-100 pipe withstand?
It depends on SDR: SDR 9 — PN 20 (2.0 MPa), SDR 11 — PN 16, SDR 13.6 — PN 12.5, SDR 17 — PN 10 (water, 20 °C). For gas mains the working pressure is set by the project per GOST R 50838 / ISO 4437.
What diameters and lengths do you produce?
Outer diameters 110–710 mm, SDR 9 / 11 / 13.6 / 17. Standard segments are 12 and 13.5 m; custom lengths on request. We make pipes for water, gas and sewerage, including pipes with a protective polypropylene layer for trenchless installation.
Which standards do you manufacture to?
GOST 18599-2001 and ISO 4427 for water and sewerage; GOST R 50838-95 / ST RK GOST R 50838-2011 and ISO 4437 for gas. Prime PE-100 resin only. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001.

Do you deliver?
Yes — across Kazakhstan and for export to Central Asia, the Caucasus and Türkiye. The plant sits in the port of Aktau, which enables convenient multimodal logistics. When it reduces the number of trucks, we use telescopic loading (pipe-in-pipe).
Where is the plant located?
In the Aktau Sea Port SEZ, Aktau, Kazakhstan; launched in 2015. Battenfeld-Cincinnati extrusion lines.
Do you provide documents for tenders and public procurement?
Yes. Certificates of conformity, quality passports and Kazakhstan origin documents are provided on request together with the quotation.
